The elixir floral Peaceful nights is indicated in cases of nightmares, night waking, restless sleep. It is also used in case of repetitive thoughts.
Quiet, relaxation, peaceful sleep
A recommended complex to soothe, calm children and adults who are unable to relax, experiencing difficulty falling asleep or have hectic nights (nightmares, nocturnal awakenings).This complex is a source of peace and relaxation for children prone to mood swings and extreme emotional reactions.
It is also recommended to hyperactive people who are not able to calm down in the evening and those whose mind is invaded by repetitive thoughts or by constant concerns.
Use
- Shake the bottle for about 10 seconds before each use, in order to boost flower essence.
- Take 3 to 4 drops, 3 times a day in a glass of water or directly under the tongue, taking care to avoid contact of the dropper with the mouth.
- Take or flower essences with regularity. In general, 1 taken at sunrise, 1 at bedtime and 1 or 2 others taken during the day.
- If possible, take flower essences between meals, use of cigarettes and coffee (20 minutes).
- For exceptional situations, it is possible to renew more frequently taken without any danger.
- For cross cures, it is recommended to take flower essences for a 3- or 4 weeks.
Trick
We can also integrate flower essences in a cream or gel (Aloe vera, for example) for external use, or put a few drops in the bath water.
Special precautions
- Maintain and keep it away vial from heat and direct sunlight.
- Shake the bottle several times before each shot, in order to activate the active ingredient of the preparation.
- Take or flower essences with regularity. Follow the advice of your prescriber. In general, a decision at sunrise, at sunset and one (or better two) times during the day.
- At each socket, unless otherwise advised by your prescriber, place 3 drops of the preparation under the tongue, avoiding contact of dropper with the mouth. If you use a spray, replace the 3 drops by 3 sprays.
- Taking flower essences must be removed within 20 minutes of the meal, the use of cigarettes and coffee. In most situations, flower essences are taken regularly on a 4-week cycle.

Bach Flower Chamomile (Matricaria recutita), Lavender (Lavandula officinalis), White Horse Chestnut (Aesculus hippocastanum), St. John's Wort (Hypericum perforatum), Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata), Linden (Tilia platyphyllos) and Valerian (Valeriana officinalis ). Alcohol 20% vol.
